Returns Policy

Online orders

Unwanted items:
Please return any unwanted items within 14 days. All returns are payable by the customer.

We do not accept returns on earrings, face masks, cards, wrapping paper and sale items.

Items must be returned with the original packaging/tags and in a re-saleable condition.

We advise customers to send their returns on a tracked service.

Please return your items to this address and ensure your order number is included or we may be unable to process it:

Your refund will be processed within 7 working days of us receiving your return.

Faulty/damaged items:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we aim for all orders to arrive in the same condition that we dispatch them, if anything arrives damaged, faulty or there is any other problem with your order then please email or phone us within two weeks of receiving your faulty/damaged product and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

If any item develops a fault after 6 months, it is up to the customer to prove this was faulty at the point of delivery.

Items error/faulty requiring to be returned to us, customers will be sent a free returns label please note original postage charges paid by the customer cannot be reimbursed.

Exchanges
We're sorry, we currently do not offer exchanges for online orders. Please feel free to return your products to us for a full refund if you are not happy with them.


Items purchased in-store

Unwanted items:
Store returns for unwanted items are not eligible for refunds. We offer an exchange or credit note only up to the value of the original purchase.

Proof of purchase must be provided.

Faulty/damaged items:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will always check items in store to ensure they are fit for sale before you make your purchase.

If an item is discovered to be damaged or faulty once you have left the store then please email or phone us within two weeks of making the purchase and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
