Dispatch times
We send out parcels six days a week (Mon-Sat). Parcels are usually dispatched within 48 hours of ordering. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the parcel has left our store.
We offer free delivery within a 5 mile radius of Kirkham. Please select this option at checkout. We deliver six days a week (Mon-Sat) within 48 hours of receiving your online order. Click and collect is available from our store at

UK Shipping
We send out our parcels via Royal Mail Second Class. If you need it sooner, let us know in the notes section at checkout so we can make the necessary arrangements with you.
Royal Mail strikes may cause delays to delivery and so please consider this when ordering.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct. If you have given us an incomplete address, the wrong address, or if the recipient is not in when delivered, your order is unlikely to arrive on time or at all.
International Shipping
We can ship internationally on request. Please email or phone us before you place your order and we can provide you with a quote.
Please note: Those in Europe may now pay additional local charges to receive goods following the UK’s exit from the European Union on 1st January 2021. Payment of any fees would need to be paid by the recipient to receive their goods and we cannot be held responsible.
